hi i am here posting i live on elliot ave my landlord puts his apartments on here and does not tell the truth what so ever the building i live in is infested with rats and bugs and the plumbing in the whole entire building is messed up so bad that my landlord dont wanna fix it cause of how much it will cost him he is a little indian guy so i just want to give people the heads up that the apartments are all bad and he will rent to anyone dont matter if u have 5 kids he will put u in a one bedroom his name is rahman pronounced like ramen noodles he also has a whole another building off needmore on northcut ave and a couple houses near mvh on alberta he is really a slumlord he wont fix anything at all and expects to come around on the 1st of every month to collect rent all of the tenenats in my building pays they rent to escrow and he still wont fix anything he has even tried to sell the whole building instead of trying to fix anything thats wrong wit it so please dont rent from the little indian guy named rahman
