I'm seeing williamsauction.com real estate auctions signs in my town. Has anyone here ever dealt with them? The terms says the auctions are subject to owner approval and that there is a not refundable 5% deposit. A quick google is showing more problems than not. Seems like a good way to steal deposits and then just have the bank reject the low bids. Is this website a complete scam? |
