(This is so horrifying, patronizing, and disgusting that I am appalled anyone in our country thought this dude might make a good president.) 

His very first smile is patronizing. 

He take credit for the business "Bright Horizons."

Bright Horizons is childcare. If people were paid a living wage by the businesses the millionaires own, many moms or dads could raise their own children rather than having to stick them in daycare. Daycare raised kids often have issues that parent raised kids do not. It's almost like a conspiracy to divide families along with everyone else the capitalists try to divide.

He wanted to be a "car guy" like his dad? He makes it sound like his dad tinkered in the garage, like he was a raised in a Bruce Springsteen video on MTV. Give me a break. I'm glad I hadn't seen this before today, I'd have been even more horrified than I already was.

One difference between this speech and Obama's is that Obama sounded like he meant what he was saying, and this speech sounds rehearsed. Thank goodness this guy didn't win.

Another difference I see between the two speeches is the audience here looks bored to tears. They have nothing invested but money. Obama's audience was emotional, as if they'd struggled or they know people who have struggled. They have compassion and understanding of what is ACTUALLY GOING ON. 

I am so happy Obama won!
