Police: Man called 911 to say he was going to sleep | Metro Louisville - WLKY Home:

'via Blog this'According to the arrest report, 44-year-old Randall McAtee called 911 a total of 13 times, causing the operators to be alarmed and annoyed.
Police said he used abusive, profane language and even called one time to tell the operator he was going to sleep.
At one point, McAtee was asked to not call unless he had an emergency but he refused and continued to call, according to the citation.
All of the calls were recorded.
When officers arrived after being called out to McAtee’s residence for the third time, they said he came outside talking in a loud and alarming manner and was unsteady on his feet, had slurred speech and smelled of alcohol.
