'via Blog this' The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says a suspect in a fatal shooting outside a West Tennessee nightclub has been placed on the state's top 10 most wanted list.
The TBI says in a news release that 25-year-old Cedric Monteze Leavy of Memphis is wanted by the Tipton County sheriff's office in a March 25 shooting outside Shirley's Bar in Mason.
