Authorities make arrests in assault/dog bite case | AccessNorthGa:

The men, both from Cumming, allegedly fled the PetSmart store on Dawsonville Highway when their pitbull dog bit a little boy. One of the suspects pulled a pistol as a witness tried to stop them from leaving.
Police Corporal Kevin Holbrook said 26 year old Darin Lee Dyer Junior is charged with aggravated assault.
