SLUMLORD !!!! What They Won't Tell YOU!

6 photos Before I say anything... compare my real pictures against what they want you to believe on Rent.com.
This property would rather spend over $17,000 on court fees to evict and now in 2011/2012 security cameras in color (only prisons have as many cameras) than they would fixing up your apartment. It's been said from the manager to a renter "NO I AM NOT GOING TO FIX YOUR APARTMENT", "THERE IS NO MONEY TO FIX YOUR APARTMENT", "IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, MOVE OUT". Please go to the Minneapolis Government Center Self Help 2nd Floor and run "Rose Manor Apartments", "Flower Reality", "James Billman", "Rosemanor Apartments" and look under civil and criminal for more information. They will list all the apartment evictions as far back as the system allow. Why are they letting just anyone come in without proper background checks done? They say they do them but don't.
Between managers, Pat Graham and Michael Brewer were leading this ship. Pat Graham has visual problems and cannot do a lot of actual work herself. A man named Robert D Bean came to live and become the maintenance man. Pat gave him they keys to our lives with a back ground check performed on him (her method failed and whatever company she uses failed). He ended up in court/jail for burglary. If Pat had gone to the Govt Ctr and run his name, she would have found 2 pages of criminal activity. Pat will tell you that she did the best she could. This is an outright lie. She willingly gave keys to your life/or mine to a convicted felon to perform maintenance. This is just one example in this circus that exemplifies what Rose Manor is/does. They will never tell you this. And there are more stories: Murder inside, naked people off their meds, sick managers bleeding on you/coughing mucous on your face, assault, drug rings, prostitution/pimps... etc all under the lie of doing proper background checks.
Don't get me started on Pats takeover of the contents of your lungs. She controls how much smoke you breathe. She has her own sloppy, stinky apartment. She is not allowed to smoke in the office so she takes over apartment 107 as her smoke out cave. She then in great weather takes over the patio with her smoke (with her other cohorts.) She chain smokes and vows she will never give this up until she dies. Be careful as to when you step into her filth. Do not see her before an interview or you will stink. Is this laziness a reason too why your apartment will not be fixed?
The current manager, David E Anderson, is not much different. He is badly sick right now and does not perform the work in the building himself either. He is part of the Rose Manor Police patio smokers. The manager s personal problems have always prevented us from getting our apartments fixed.

| It realy amazes me that this building is still in existance in the minneapolis rental market.. I would strongly suggest anyone who is thinking of renting an apartment here speak to someone who has lived there before you sign a lease. | |

| well i dont think thats all true. Its the negativity that you people are talking, its all about the co-operation each other makes. And i am so much impressed here, first of all, we get so much economical rental price and then David and Pat are so co-operative. They leave our packages in our room, once i ordered 46 inch LCD TV, and i found it delivered in my room. And i never had any issues around, untill I am the spoilt neighbor who makes noises all night. Please do not spread the bad words for your own grievances. if someone dont like it, get the same apartment few blocks towards the downtown for more than double the price. Bus stop is right on the corner, this is THE Place to live, if you are civilized, surroundings will be civilized too ... | |
