    Chicago - An article in the new issue of Rolling Stone is bringing national attention to the disturbing number of stray dogs on the streets of Detroit.
    Video posted on YouTube is helping draw even more attention to the problem. It shows a world of stray dogs running wild, amidst a backdrop of foreclosed homes and decaying factories.
