Woman, Pet Recover From Pit Bull Attack - New Hampshire News Story - WMUR New Hampshire

"(There was) no barking. Just attack," Milne said. "The pit bull got me, (and) then went after Sue. I thought it was going to be a little scuffle, but no."

They attack without warning.

Milne said the dog fight left Sue suffering from multiple open wounds around her ears, neck and chest that needed dozens of stitches.
"She's been lacerated inside and out. She's all stitched there. There's staples everywhere," Milne said.
Milne said she has puncture wounds in her arm from the pit bull's bite.
The pit bull's owner told News 9 his dog is well behaved, but it got into a territorial dog fight with the black Lab.

If that's the case, then the owner should be charged for negligence, because the dog is not entitled to the territory, and the owner should have taught it that.

A well behaved dog does not maul other dogs and people at random over territory. That's a loose cannon, NOT a well-behaved dog.
