We Germans probably hate Hitler more than any other people in the entire world because he shamed our country. To answer your question though, they hate him in Germany as much as anywhere else. It's illegal in Germany to show support of Hitler or to use any kind of Nazi symbols unless it's for historical purposes.

Germany and Austria have the strictest anti-Nazi laws whilst the US has the most neo-Nazis. I think they hate them more than we do.
