Finding car recalls just got easier:

'via Blog this'In the past, Consumer Reports covered these alerts on our news blog. Now, with the help of a partnership with RepairPal, you can search for recalls right on the Consumer Reports website and in vehicle model pages.

To see the most recent recalls, go to our main Cars and New Cars pages. On the left side, there's a feed that displays the latest recall headlines. From there you can click "All Recalls" to use the search tool to find recalls for a specific year, make and model.

If you are researching a new or used car, you can also find the recall search tool integrated in our model overview pages. The recalls tab (far right) is free to access for all visitors to our website.
