Fullerton, CA --- Two police officers will face felony charges in the death of Kelly Thomas, 37, who was brutally beaten by six Fullerton Police officers and died several days later from his severe injuries. The announcement was made on September 21, 2011 by the county prosecutor. Officer Manuel Ramos will be charged with one felony count of second degree murder and one felony count of involuntary manslaughter. Additionally, Crpl. Jay Cicinelli faces charges of involuntary manslaughter and use of excessive force.
the first 2 other officers that arrived saw a man completely unresisting crying for help being tortured and suffocated by 2 men in fancy suits with shiny accessories, what did they decide? Let's help in killing this guy and electrocute him some more from up close, make sure he can't breathe. Just as guilty, they and all the others should have arrested everyone who was on top of this guy, so they're part of the same criminal gang. Freemasons no doubt, or other secret societies withing copland.
and the justice system changes the facts again. When seeing the video I can have no other conclusion that this was premeditated murder by at least the 2 initial cops, possibly more (especially everyone who yelled "stop resisting" or implied that the suspect was resisting, they knew damn well he wasn't resisting, they also provoked the whole thing and pretended to have an excuse by manipulating the target's behaviour, ahh who cares what i think).
