I don't know why no one has mentioned that there are no more laws for "entrapment" since Patriot Act I & II were passed. They can do whatever they please for whatever reason they deem fit. The hidden agenda is not so hidden now is it?
Always, always, always have a lock on your phone. If they take it and ask you for the password, the proper response is that it's a work phone that only allows incoming calls so they don't give you the pw.
