Harrington case clarification

Regarding the recent decision in the court case of State of Oregon vs. Gary Harrington, the Medford Water Commission is not a party to this case, so all questions should be directed to Brenda Bateman with the Oregon Water Resources Department.  She can be contacted at 503-986-0879 or Brenda.O.Bateman@state.or.us
 
Nonetheless, the Commission appreciates that the local Watermaster and the Oregon Water Resources Department are upholding the water rights laws of the state and in turn protecting our community’s water resources.
