Police where called to help with non-hostile mentally challenged youth. They begin beating the kid immediately and the one that stopped it was fired.

as a general rule , most cops who dont agree with the actions of another officer/officers usual will TURN AWAY AND LITERALLY LOOK THE OTHER WAY ( so they can truthfully say " i never saw 
anything " if and when it ever comes to that )
