Why is number eight someone who wrote on their medicine cabinet? Inside? THAT is not a nightmare tenant. Also, roaches are commonly blamed on tenants when they are a landlord problem (ie: get rid of them before a tenant moves in, then the tenant won't have them. More tenants move because of roaches than actively encourage them. Hoarders and pet owners suck as tenants, I got to agree.)
