Officers surrounded the suspect in the back of a cemetery where he shot himself in the chest after a brief standoff, police said.

Brazzon later died at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. 

Newton Falls police said they were interviewing someone else in connection with the deaths, although they were not being considered a suspect.

Brazzon's daughter Lisa, who also said she was Rikki Cogley's niece, told the Tribune Chronicle of Warren that she found Engler's body inside her father's house.
