A spokesperson for the Medical Examiner's Office says they believe Murray was killed a week ago, Friday, Dec. 2. That's four days before his body was found inside his Harrison home.
They also tell us Murray died from multiple injuries. We're told he was stabbed, cut and beaten. It was a violent and brutal death... and the medical examiner is still working to document all the wounds.
Joshua Stoltz was captured in Valdosta, Georgia.
Police say he's accused of killing David L. Murray.
Murray's body was discovered in the garage of his home on Ware Branch Cove this past December.
It was found after deputies made a welfare check at the home.
Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Spokesperson Janice Atkinson said Stoltz was extradited to the Hamilton County Jail.
He's charged with criminal homicide and theft over $1,000.
Atkinson tells WDEF News12 he's being held under a $850,000 bond.

At first glance this does appear to have all the makings of a "May-December" homosexual liaison which "went bad."
I don't think we should also be surprised to learn that copious amounts of illegal drugs were being used at the residence given what Stoltz had in his possession when he was arrested in Georgia. The insomnia he references on his FaceBook page is likely related to meth binging. It's a well known fact that meth is widely used within the gay community for drug fueled "sex-a-thons."
Mr. Stoltz also has a very curious "favorite" quote on his FaceBook Wall which he cites:
"Throgh (sic) chaos and confusion come order, through order comes rebellion, through rebellion comes violence, through violence comes chaos and confusion, although through all of this, technology is born, ideas are spread and the common man come together to do things that are otherwise impossible. Thus is the viscous (sic) circle of life we live."
It appears Mr. Stoltz is about to experience the "technology of prison incarceration" -- along with the associated violence that permeates our correctional institutions. As Rolando (above) notes "You reap what you sow."
everybody that has posted a comment is so correct,lots of people knew david and all you have to do is google him to find that he operated his sex life like he operated his business..this lifestyle is dangerous and maybe this can help others to see the light.we have to be role models and people will finally give our gay community the respect we deserve.sadly this is what alot of people think we all live like.
