DO NOT RENT HERE! Do not be tricked into thinking that the model apartment they show you is what your apartment will look like. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty with stained furniture. Runs out of hot water ALL the time. You are lucky if you can take a 3 min shower with luke warm water. Forget doing laundry in warm or hot water. Takes weeks with constant calls to get anything fixed at all. Dryer is awful and takes HOURS to dry towels, jeans, or anything somewhat heavy. I ended up having to hang things to dry because they never would come to check the dryer. Internet is almost always down. This complex is not safe. When my apartment was broken into I immediately called the apartment security and then the cops. The cops came, filled a report and left. Two hours later, the Villas security finally show up. Office is incredibly unorganized. They would lose my checks or cash them and lose them and then threaten me with eviction if I didnt pay again. Had to call the bank to prove to them I paid. Heard this is not uncommon. Overpriced and landlord takes advantage of and gouges college kids. Shop around. There are a ton of apartment here that are not as expensive and WAY WAY better quality.
