Do not rent these apartments the owner ana and diego are total slumlords I lived there from jan 18th to feb 18th and was 3 weeks without a working fridge and the whole month without a hot water heater that works also behind 1207 aster his sewage line busted and there is feces and toilet paper coming out the ground that he had yet to fix when I moved out so beware and stay away from any apartment they rent oh also I called him 2 to 3 times a day to fix the whole time I was there and either got the run around or answering machine so be warned its cheap for a reason. He wouldnt retun my deposit either lol
