'via Blog this'According to the Franklin County Sheriff's office, a judge issued a warrant for Otis Taylor, who works out of the Mississippi Highway Patrol's Brookhaven substation. Warren Strain, Mississippi Highway Patrol spokesman, says Taylor has served with the highway patrol for just more than five years.
