Pay is weekly and is paid the immediately after completing a week. Cons If you call out, expect to be hassled about it. Randstad makes its money by its talent working. If you call out, expect to have the team members to be rude about it and to probe into the details of why you are sick, despite the fact they are not legally allowed to ask specific health questions. Furthermore, communication between Randstad and the client is not where it should be.
