Today I want to continue the theme of progress for the novice, and to dwell on the topic of the major directories. The first of these - Directory DMOZ (www.dmoz.org) or Open Directory Project. This is the largest and oldest Internet directory, which appeared even before the most modern search engines. What makes getting into this directory? First of all, getting into the catalog shows some recognition of your website and it underlines the credibility and trustworthiness. Second, due to very high-ranking PR and TCI is able to significantly improve it indexes your site. Third, finding a site in DMOZ often magically helps high positions in SERPe Google, ie on some key demands can go a little Does not the top.

In some cases, there is a conscious disregard of other evidence, which, because of lack of appropriate education and professional experience can not be studied such specialists. As a result, despite the seemingly studies conducted to establish the cause of fire in the vast majority of cases is not possible, or else the conclusions about the cause of the fire is not so supported by objective data, that during the trial can easily be refuted by any more or less versed in the field of fire investigation specialist. Moreover, we must note that there are so-called experts are "designed in the event of conflict situations, including fires in cars, household appliances, etc., to make different types of documents, often referred to as the "expert opinion" or "certificate of inspection", in favor of particular parties, while not reflecting the real cause of the fire. In addition, there is evidence that when viewed from the burnt objects data specialists, rather or rather, there was a change of important identifying features that address the question of the locus and cause a fire, and their complete destruction. This problem is so acute that there is a question of holding special seminars for those who are in varying degrees, facing the fire in order to let a minimal but necessary level of knowledge, both in legal and technical investigation of fires. Analysis of materials professional and civil cases related to fires shows that currently has a weak theoretical and practical training in matters of professional expertise to ensure disclosure and investigation of crimes related to the burned-out vehicles (ATS).

In fact, most of the time on the lesson of a foreign Language play is not speaking, not listening, writing and grammar implementation tasks. And what's wrong with that? Poor in general, there is nothing, but engaged in fulfillment of grammar exercises, you learn just to perform grammar exercises in a specific pattern, and not speak the language. While our goal - to learn to talk. But since most of the time we learned to do the exercises, we can not play well in the speech memorized designs. Hence the problem of language barrier, which is associated with a fear to show their ignorance of the language. We're not ashamed to speak in Russian, and no such problem.

Madison couple indicted for defrauding Norwegian investors
By Monica Land
JACKSON - A Madison man and his wife are scheduled to go to trial in April for allegedly defrauding two Norwegian investors of $25,000. Demetrius Mathis, 49, and Jacqueline Mathis, 45, have been arraigned on a federal indictment charging Demetrius with two counts of federal wire fraud, and charging both Demetrius and Jacqueline with one count of money laundering.
The indictment alleges that, from May 2009 through August 2009, Demetrius Mathis carried out a scheme to defraud two individuals from Norway relating to a real estate investment purchase from a company owned and operated by Demetrius and Jacqueline named Cash Flow Investments Services, LLC.
The Norwegians wired Demetrius approximately $25,000 expecting that he would apply that money toward the purchase on an apartment complex in Arkansas. Federal officials said Demetrius represented that he would use the money for that purpose, but he and his wife instead spent theat money for their own personal use to the detriment of the Norwegian real estate investors.
The couple also allegedly offered false assurances to the investors as to the status of their $25,000 investment.
As a result, the couple may lose their home and anything else related to the charges, WLBT reported.
U.S. Attorney John Dowdy and FBI Special Agent in Charge Daniel McMullen said the case has been set for trial on April 2 before U.S. District Judge Henry T. Wingate.
If convicted on all counts of the indictment, Demetrius faces a maximum penalty of 70 years in federal prison. While his wife, Jacqueline, if convicted on count three of the indictment, faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison.
