'via Blog this'Officers approached Dewayne Bailey's Ford Taurus when the responded to a call that a man was slumped over the steering wheel in a Memphis supermarket parking lot on Horn Lake Road.
Bailey then got out of his car and began fighting with officers. Police say he got back into the car and rammed two squad cars. One officer ended up being dragged by Bailey's car. That is when officers fired shots.
