Bayonne man, 56, charged alongside 27 others in child pornagraphy sweep

A 56-year-old Bayonne man is among 27 people charged with distribution and possession of child pornography, state officials announced yesterday at the culmination of Operation Watch Dog, The Jersey Journal reports.

John T. Kondes, of West 24th Street, possessed and viewed videos and images of a child engaged in or simulating a sexual act on his home computer, the complaint says, adding that Kondes also made the material readily available for upload, using peer-to-peer software.
