Do not rent from carmine ciafiano hes a very bad landlord hes the owner of 715 fourth ave elizabeth nj...he has no screens in his windows(unsafe for little kids) his toilets broken, he has lots of bugs, and there no heat upstairs the railings are broken!! Hes a horrible land lord who refuses to fix anything and when he does he take the cheap way out "DO NOT RENT FROM THIS

It on top of a bar its very very loud!! The,apartment needs to be condemed!! Hes trys to pass the apartment off as a three bedroom but its only really a two bedroom and he charges 1400 and keeps your security he doesnt gve it back when u move out and the tubs broke too hes a horrible land lord!!
