Legalize Sex

(Technically, sex is not illegal, but there's so many restrictions on it that it might as well be. Seems like all this religion has actually backfired. The more "pure" girls are expected to be, the more perverts roam the streets, repressed and frustrated because they can't get any through normal, natural channels.)

It seems sensible to think that repressing your sexuality for ten or twenty years before you can snag a spouse might drive some people crazy or make them want to have sex with people that they feel are nonjudgemental or that they are downright "better than" such as prostitutes and children. If puberty hits at twelve and you aren't even supposed to consider sex until you graduate high school...wow, what kind of insane, unrealistic pressure is that to put on kids?)

I am a little ignorant, but please tell me that he was not convicted in all three states...I would like to think that our system is better structured and that these offenders don't get 50 chances to commit these unbelievably heinous and sick crimes.

They failed 2 mention that he is also registered in Ohio and Florida.. U can find him on the website

Marion County authorities have been looking for Joshua Luke Mitchell since Sunday.

 

Authorities believed he had fled the state, but Sheriff Bo Burnett says Mitchell was spotted by State Troopers Thursday evening on Highway 41.

Burnett says Mitchell was arrested shortly before 7:30 p.m. behind the Riverside Catfish House after a short foot chase.

Mitchell is accused of raping a four-year-old girl he was reportedly babysitting.

He is a registered sex offender in Texas, North Carolina, and Alabama.

Seven arrested in prostitution sting

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- Chattanooga Police Department Vice Unit officers arrested seven people recently during undercover anti-prostitution operations.

Here's the release from the Chattanooga Police Department:

On Wednesday, December 2^nd  and Friday, December 4^th,  Officers assigned to the Vice Unit of the Chattanooga Police Department working in an undercover capacity, targeted suspected street prostitutes.  This activity was conducted in the East Lake, Rossville Blvd and Highland Park areas. During this operation, seven suspects were arrested and charged with varying charges.  These charges included prostitution, prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school,  resisting arrest, assault on police, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

1)    Jessica Nicole Moore, DOB 4/18/1983, charged with Prostitution in the 2400 block of South Hickory Street.

2)    Sherrilyn Anell Moore, DOB 10/21/1977, charged with Prostitution w/in 1.5 miles of a school in the 2200 block of E. 23^rd Street.

3)    William Patillo, DOB 8/12/1971, charged with Prostitution w/in 1.5 miles of a school in the 1900 block of S. Kelley Street.

4)    Cassandra Denise Grant, DOB 12/14/1965, charged with Prostitution w/in 1.5 miles of a school in the 1800 block of E. Main Street.

5)    Lisa Michelle Holland, DOB 9/2/1964, charged with Prostitution w/in 1.5 miles of a school in the 1500 block of Dodds Avenue.

6)    Carla Latrece Harris, DOB 2/4/1970, charged with Prostitution w/in 1.5 miles of a school in the 1700 block of S. Willow Street.

7)    Nikkie Nicole Walker, DOB 8/6/1986, charged with Prostitution w/in 1.5 miles of a school, resisting arrest, assault on police, and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2100 block of E. 18^th Street.

All subjects were transported to the Hamilton County Jail by Chattanooga Police.  

Police Make 13 Prostitution Arrests, Including Many Repeats

A vice operation conducted late Wednesday night in the East Lake, Highland Park, Rossville Boulevard and East Chattanooga areas resulted in 13 arrests.

Undercover officers with the Chattanooga Police Department posed as “Johns” and approached suspected prostitutes to “make dates.”

All those listed were arrested by the names given to police at the time of their interaction. 

1. Cynthia Pittman B/F 12-16-77, arrested in the 1600 block of S. Willow Street. Charged with prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school. (Arrested 10 times for prostitution in Chattanooga)

2. Nikkie Walker B/F 08-06-86, arrested in the 1700 block of S. Willow Street. Charged with prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school. (Arrested three times for prostitution in Chattanooga )

3. Jennifer Brenner W/F 07-23-73, arrested in the 1800 block of S. Willow Street. Charged with prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school. (Arrested eight times for prostitution in Chattanooga)

4. Kyesha Thomas B/F 11-13-86, arrested in the 2100 block of E. 23rd Street. Charged with prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school. (Arrested six times for prostitution in Chattanooga) 

5. Karen Johnson W/F 02-13-67, arrested in the 2700 block of Rossville Boulevard. Charged with prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school. (Arrested one time for Prostitution in Chattanooga)

City Police Make More Prostitution Arrests

Chattanooga Police have made additional prostitution arrests.

Six officers took part in an operation on Friday in the Sector Two Fox Team area targeting drug and prostitution problem areas.

During the operation, three suspects were arrested for prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school and public intoxication. One person was arrested for possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. A woman was arrested for public intoxication, resisting arrest and evading arrest.

Those arrested were:

1. Tanya Denise Scott, 34, 4100 Rossville Blvd., prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

2. Georgia Bass, 50, 3900 Dodds Ave., prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

3. Shrena "Re Re" Bell, 34, 2100 E. 17th St., prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

4. Bernard "Tuna" Glover, 56, 2100 E 18th St., possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

5. Jodie L. Devries, 36, 2000 S. Willow St., public intoxication, evading arrest, resisting arrest.

Officers from the Chattanooga Police Department’s Special Investigations Vice, Narcotics, and Crime Suppression Units carried out a prostitution sting.

Officers worked in an undercover capacity to approach suspected prostitutes to see if a “date” could be made.  The activity was conducted in the East Lake, Rossville Boulevard and Highland Park areas.

During the operation, eight people were arrested.

They are:

1. Tami Arnold, 44, arrested in the 2700 blk. of Rossville Boulevard.

3. Tammy Kemp, 37, arrested in the 1900 blk. of S. Willow.  Charged with prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school. Comp.# 12-037329 (Arrested one time for prostitution in Chattanooga ) 

4. Lakisha Baker, 33, arrested in the 2500 blk. of E. Main Street. Charged with Prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school. Comp. # 12-037384 (Arrested two times for prostitution in Chattanooga )

5. Mary Kent, 51, arrested in the 1800 blk. of S. Willow. Charged with prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school. Comp. # 12-037394 (Arrested one time for prostitution in Chattanooga )
