NICEVILLE - Police are pursuing an arrest warrant for a homeless man who caused a disturbance at a church after he was refused a shower.
On April 20, Niceville Police went to First United Methodist Church in response to a call that a man was there, threatening church personnel.
When an officer arrived, he was told that a man had come in asking to take a shower. When told he couldn't, the man began making threats, which included "killing motorcycle gangs that were raping 11-year-old children," the offense report said.
The man was wearing a Bass Pro Shop shirt and board shorts. He was bearded and appeared to be homeless, church personnel told the officer. When he left the church, he went to a vacant lot next door and took off his shirt.
A police officer later found a Bass Pro Shop shirt in the adjacent lot.
The man was located on Partin Drive. An officer asked the man if he'd been at the Methodist church earlier. "Yeah, those people wouldn't let me take a shower. After all I do for them. I'm going to kill those outlaw motorcycle gangs that are raping all those 11-year-old girls," he was quoted as saying in the report.

The Supreme Court was told the shooting arose out of ongoing conflict between the two gxxgs and Sipkes had carried it out onthe orders of a senior member of the Rock Machine

These new laws in effect will treat criminal gangs in a similar manner to how we deal with terrorists. Bikie gxxgs are every bit as frightening as organised terror groups. They are violent, intimidating killers and, among their criminal activities, push deadly drugs at our young.

Under the proposed new laws, if a judge rules that a bikie gxxg is a declared criminal organisation, members of that gxxg face up to 15 years imprisonment if they continue as an active member. It will also be illegal for a member of the public to knowingly be in the company of a gxxg member. New offences will be created to damage the gxxg's ability to function and witnesses will be given encouragement to testify and increased protection.
