Z57 is a scam. They promise to deliver a realtor web site and if your not satisfied to refund your money in 10 days. What they don't tell you is once your bare bones web site is up they will not refund one penny. They take your money and within minutes your site is up wheter you like it or not whether it works or not. They will steal or offer to host your email then hold it hostage to keep it working you need to pay them the monthly fee. They show you in the demo site that your clients can look up foreclosures. But when clients go to that page they are asked to provide their credit card". They never hooked me to my MLS they said they would handle that!. Then when I called to ask about it they said I was reponsible for providing the link'. They have since said I didn't buy their Premier package or whatever to get MLS attached never heard of this package/. ALl made up lies?. When you try to cancel you have to talk to a manager good luck there they only call when you reverse charges on them'. But then they charge you again,. What did I get for my $413!.00 Nothing but a bunch of headaches! e65109

I signed up for a 6 month contract (don't ever, ever do this) with Z57 to get "now leads" while the organic search part of my site would start producing leads. I was using Google Adwords and received a lot of leads (most not good as with any lead generation program, but enough that I could get some to use). I explained this when I signed up for a Z57 website. This other program for $299 a month for 6 months was supposed to be the answer. In the last 2 months, I have received approximately 5 leads. Most of them are not in the area or even the state that I serve. Every time I complain I get Henry's verbiage that never addresses my problem. I am being held hostage to a contract that is not delivering and they are hard core on the fact that there is no way out of it (whether they deliver or not).

I've lost my source to leads and can't afford to take some other program on while I'm tied to this contract. What a lousy way to do business.

It's all pixie dust and fairy tales. Thay promise the moon and stars and deliver an ounce of dirt...for $500!

It is a scam. They will make excuses and drag you on and stall. This is a boiler room kind of fraudulent hard sale. They promise the unwitting realtors the moon and the stars as marketing and website service, leads and internet presence but they deliver nothing, zero. They have many sales people and almost no website builders. So they charge you up front and star stalling and stalling using all kinds of excuses and stories.

Truth is they have no website building capacity to cover all of the people they are ripping off. They will not refund you a penny even if their conditions give a 30 day refund. They will wear you out and finally repeat that there are “no grounds” to grant you a refund because your “website” was up when it is nothing other than the picture you sent them with one or two other props.

Notice they have only one 800 number and will never go beyond that so if you need to talk to theperson that is “working with you” on your website, you have no ways of contacting this person. Emails are useless as no one will ever answer one (or at least not the people that sell you the bill of lies). They even went as far as sending me a different set of “Terms and Conditions” when requesting a refund, to the ones set forth upon signing up for the alleged website /marketing program. Cancel your credit card or else they will continue to charge you even after you have cancelled their service.

They only have sales people and COLD CALLERS BUT NO ONE to actually "build" your website or any of all the great things they promise! Furthermore, no one in this bogus place will give you a telephone number or reply to any of your emails: IT IS ALL BOGUS!DO NOT FALL FOR THE empty promises! It is all fairy dust! And they will not refund a penny of the money you paid them: and callously tell you that you have "no grounds" to claim a refund!!! SCAM,SCAM,SCAM.CaliforniasAttorney General is gathering complaints against this company. Make sure you keep all of your emails and any proof you have.

To start off I want to say that I am am agent and have been using my z57 website to provide me with more leads and transactions. My lead capture results literally went up overnight, exactly as my sales rep promised. During my initial sales call I was asked the number of listings that I currently held... I believe that number was (at that point) three or four. I now have thirty two listings on my books and I must confess that about 90% of them are from my website with z57. A lot of agents post these untruthful ridiculous reviews about Z because they don't actually do what the zpro specialist tells them to do. At the end of the day, guys, we are all in the business of real estate. It isn't the fault of the website company just because the agent isn't willing to put in the time and effort to help us help ourselves. I'm NOT ashamed to say that I am a very successful agent thanks to z57 and their little over the phone academy! Everythings all about the Internet these days and you are going to get left behind if you aren't up to date with how to use it.

I understand Cherib, Henry just serfs the complaints..... and that must be a full time job, looking to spout his terms and conditions. The truth is that Z57 doesn't care about customer service or if you are happy with the site that you recieved. If you are interested you can send a letter to the California Attorney General they are collecting a file on Z57 the more they have the sooner they can take action.

I did some research and see that the head of the sales side is Bill Tarter. His # is 800899-8148. His extension is 7605. If you are having trouble with your rep call him. I am tired of having to fight over and over with my rep to leave this awful, awful company!

My only comment to Henry is Z57 should take a look at their telesales approach to sales. As an agent I have to be aggressive to be competitive; however I don't wear my customers down by calling over and over. I am not impressed with your product and I think your reputation is quite shady based on a simple search on Google. Those of us who have technical abilities see your organization for what it is. My 12 year old son creates better websites then your corporate website.

And most importantly, when I request you remove me from your call list, please respect my request. I know at least 12 other agents who feel the same way!

I would like the opportunity to address this former client’s concerns. I will refer to her as Ms. B., out of respect for her online anonymity.

I personally tried to reach Ms. B. via phone and email several times in December of 2010, when her concerns were brought to my attention. She chose not to allow me to assist her, because she never responded to the attempted contact. By Ms. B’s inaction, I came to the conclusion that she was not interested in a resolution at that time.

Ms. B. has apparently decided that she does want a resolution to her concerns, because she filed a complaint with the BBB recently (2 months after my attempts to reach her). I responded through the BBB process, addressing Ms. B’s concerns, and clarifying that Ms. B. did not qualify for a refund per the Terms and Conditions to which she agreed.

The BBB acknowledged the facts I presented, and has closed the matter.

Though many of our competitors have poor BBB ratings, please note that we have an A- rating.

Ms. B. references that she “could cancel within 10 business days”. This is accurate. Our clients have the right to cancel at any time, within 10 days or anytime thereafter. We do not require a long-term contract commitment like most of our competitors do. There are specific limitations however, to when our clients can get all of their money back. As a business, we just can’t provide services for free. The exact details regarding refund eligibility were itemized on the initial phone call with Ms. B. They were also listed in the written Terms and Conditions to which she agreed (with her legal, electronic signature), before her credit card was ever charged.

The fact that Ms. B.’s website was never “hooked to” her MLS was neither the responsibility nor the fault of our company. We do offer an incorporated MLS search function with its websites, but this is an optional product. Ms. B. did not choose the website package that included our MLS solution; she instead chose to use her real estate board’s solution. Ms. B. sent us the paperwork that her board required to be signed, and we returned it to her 4 days later. We would of course like to minimize this turn-around time, but the paperwork has to be carefully examined. This paperwork is a legal, binding contract between our business and a real estate board. When Ms. B. closed her account with us, she had not yet given us the link address for the MLS search. Ms. B. did not wait for her board’s MLS link approval process to be completed.

Ms. B.’s website was built on 11/15/2010, and was published on the Internet that same day. Every feature that we provide with our websites was fully functional: the school reports, the community reports, the instant home values tool, the foreclosure search, the lead capture, the visitor tracking statistics, and the automatic email response system. The only part of the website that was not yet functioning was the MLS search, which (as mentioned above) Ms. B. chose to have her real estate board provide.

Ms. B. brought it to our attention that she wished to have Godaddy manage her email account. Ms. B. gave us Godaddy’s mail record settings, and our IT department made the necessary settings changes on our side, on that same day. If any additional changes needed to be made with Godaddy, as far as setting up the email account, we were not instructed to do this. In the thousands of times we have directed emails to Godaddy for other clients previously, there was no need for an additional process to be done. Ms. B. would have needed to contact Godaddy for support with their email service.

In order to provide a resource of foreclosure information for our clients, our websites are initially built with a foreclosure search. This tool is very effective at its intended goal: to generate leads for our real estate agents. Once a consumer gives out their contact information within the foreclosure search, and sees some basic information on a number of foreclosed homes, they are prompted to sign up (with the foreclosure data provider) for full access. Our clients have the option to simply remove this foreclosure search from their websites if they wish, or to utilize a different foreclosure search.

Ms. B. invested in a website through us on 11/15/2010. Ms. B.’s website was built and published on the Internet that same day. All features of the website for which we were responsible, were fully functional. Because we provided the product and services that were paid for, Ms. B. does not qualify for a refund.

We regret any frustrations that Ms. B. had during her initial website setup. We would have appreciated a longer-term opportunity to help Ms. B. with her marketing success.”
