Cleveland man, 38, sentenced to 2 years in prison for mortgage fraud | cleveland.com:


CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A 38-year-old Cleveland man was sentenced in Cuyahoga Common Pleas Court Thursday to two years in prison for mortgage fraud.
Jerrall Collier will also lose $45,000 that was seized at his home when it was searched by law enforcement officials, according to the county prosecutor's office.
Collier was found guilty of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and conspiracy involving seven loans for Cleveland homes, for a total of $486,500. The homes fell into foreclosure.
