Police Planting Agitators So They Can Attack?

Are police planting infiltrators amongst protestors in Anaheim?

In this image, Shelly (demonstrator in black) exposes another participant (the blonde with tattoo on wrist) in front of cameras as a possible "plant" (infiltrator). The blonde woman was first seen throwing items at police officers and shouting obscenities at police, and then praising police for their work at City Hall.

Had others followed her original aggressive demeanor, 20 cops in riot gear would have been unleashed on the crowd.

If police are planting agitators amongst protestors, this wouldn't be the first time. This is LOW. VERY LOW. Even for police agencies like Anaheim PD.

Last weekend’s killing has raised the tally of shootings by police officers in Anaheim to six so far this year, up from four a year before. The police union issued a statement defending the police’s actions, saying that the men killed had suspected gangland ties and criminal records. Furthermore, Manuel Diaz, the man gunned down Sunday, reportedly pulled an object from his waistband before police shot at him.

...some protestors argue that the police instigated the violence and that the demonstration has become violent in response to police brutality, reports CBS News. “We want a peaceful demonstration, but when the cops are pushing us off because they want to show that they have control, then they start hitting us with their batons,” said one demonstrator. “They hit a woman when we were just standing there voicing our opinion,” he said.
(Cops WILL attack unprovoked, I have seen this personally.)Anaheim riots have taken a violent turn this week
ANAHEIM, California – Police in the southern California city of Anaheim arrested 24 last night when the 600-strong protest over a police shooting of an allegedly unarmed man took a dramatically violent turn.

U.S. attorney to review Anaheim police killings

At least six people were injured, including a police officer who was struck on the arm with a brick, a protester who was hit in the chest by a pepper ball, and three reporters who were struck by rocks and a beanbag round, police and witnesses said.
None was immediately hospitalized.
Police will examine videos of the protests to identify violent protesters and there could be further arrests, Welter said.
He and Tait said peaceful demonstrations will be permitted but they promised to crack down on any further violence.
