Saanich - Two dogs are dead after a violent incident at Rudd Park in the 3800 block of Whittier Avenue.
It happened on Thursday (October 14th.)
The owner of a Pit Bull was playing with his dog when it latched onto a 6 month old hound and refused to let it go.
